Approve Yourself.

# hwtujuibado   Hello, how's life treating you today? I come to you with yet another article, and today my eyes are on the "need for social jurisdiction and approval." I know we have all been at this position many times in  life. The position where we let the views of the mass dectate our way of life.  Feeling down whenever we think we are not good enough, or unworthy of something. I want you to know that you are not alone in this, and the good news is you can free yourself from such negative rut. Welcome !  "We think we need more approval from the masses ." 🤗 "We worry about what other people think of us.  We worry about our appearance."   We worry if she’ll like us.  We worry if he likes that other woman .  We worry that we’re not accomplishing all that we should be .   We worry that we’ll fall flat on our faces.  We worry that we’re not enough just the way we are.  And of course, we worry about all thos...

Learn to be more human again.

#hwtujuibado 👋 | Hello everyone .   My hopes.... life's treating you just the same way you treat it. My eyes are on social media today... and with this 'short' article,  I hope to open your eyes too on some  impeccable reality about it.  | We think we need all those text messages, social updates, memes, and perfect Instagram pics ! If it entertains you now but will hurt or bore you someday, it’s a distraction.  Don’t settle.    Don’t exchange what you want most for what you kind of want at the moment.   Study your habits.  Figure out where your time goes, and remove distractions.  It’s time to focus on what matters. A good place to start? Learn to be more human again.   Don’t avoid eye contact.  Don’t hide behind gadgets.  Smile often.  Ask about people’s stories.  Listen.  You can’t connect with anyone, including yourself, unless you are undistracted and present.  And yo...

Win Your Life Back | 🤝

#hwtujuibado  ☆ Sometimes it gets so busy and difficult that we forget how important it is to actually listen to ourselves.   We fill our calendars, our social media feeds, and our days with various forms of distraction, just to avoid doing the little uncomfortable things required to get us from where we are to where we hope to be.   The instant we feel a bit of discomfort, we run off in the direction of the nearest shiny object that catches our attention.  And this habit gradually dismantles our best intentions and our true potential.  Our dreams and priorities go by the wayside, and we’re left regretting another wasted year. Yes, most of us suffer from a severe misalignment of our priorities, even though, deep down, we know our lives are quickly passing us by. | °If you can relate in any way, I’m happy to tell you that things can change if you want them to, at any age. Good Luck 💪

A Little Vacation In Morogoro. The Uluguru Mountains 🌎🏔

The view of the Uluguru Mountains is incredible. They give you this 'urge' to go on an adventure through them (or at least they did to me 😌).   So I took a trip to Morogoro for the new year. And I had the best time of my life. Of all the things I set my eyes on, the Uluguru mountains fascinated me the most, I mean there's no way you could miss them, they are all over the place. :D   It was surprising to know that from these mountains, flowed a stream of hot water, hot enough to boil an egg good enough to eat. Talk about wonders of the world! Sadly I did not get an opportunity to climb them, but I got pretty close to see them. I hope next I will be lucky. Here is a link for full detailed info of the mountain    The mountains are named after the Luguru Tribe 50 villages touch the forest boundary and over 151,000 people are found within the mountain area. On the main Uluguru range, 50 villages touch the forest boundary and over 151,000 people are fo...

Calm The Chaos In Your Life.

#hwtujuibado Life can be hectic; sometimes chaos surrounds us in every imaginable direction. But just because the world around us is in disarray, doesn’t mean the world within us has to be too. That’s right, I’m saying there’s a way to stay sane in insane times. I’m saying you can get rid of all the insanity inside you created by others, the past, and uncontrollable events… Just by being a simple witness of your thoughts. It’s about sitting silently, and witnessing the thoughts passing through you. Just witnessing at first, not interfering and not even judging, because by judging too rapidly you have lost the pure witness. The moment you rush to say, “this is good” or “this is bad,” you have already jumped head first into the chaos. It takes a little time to create a gap between the witnessing of thoughts and your reaction to them. Once the gap is there, though, you are in for a great surprise – that you are not the thoughts themselves, nor the chaos influencing them. ...
