Appreciate Yourself. Embrace Yourself.

Give yourself the extra attention you need and deserve. Resisting and ignoring your own feelings and emotions does not serve you.  It leads to stress, illness, confusion, broken relationships, fits of anger and bouts of deep, dark depression.  Anyone who has experienced any of the above knows that these states of mind are horrifically unhealthy… and when you’re in the habit of self-neglect, it’s near impossible to escape. "Today, I just want to thank God for adding another year to my life. Happy birthday to me." >>|The bottom line is that when you try to control too much, you enjoy too little. Sometimes you just need to let go, relax, take a deep breath and love what is. Happy Birthday King™

Become A Man Of Standards.

The reason a real man treats himself and others with respect is because he has standards. Not just standards, but HIGH STANDARDS. He sets the bar high. He has a clear line drawn on what is and isn’t acceptable. He’s clear on how he treats himself, women, and how those around him treat him. He doesn’t accept any bullshit from himself, women, or those around him. He knows what he wants and doesn’t want in his life and he sticks to it. Real men never brag no matter how great their life is. They let their actions speak for them. Real men never show off. They let their life speak for them. Real men are mature. Real men are classy. A man with class walks, talks, and holds himself with class and tact. He listens when others speak and doesn’t try to talk over them. He has manners and knows how to conduct himself.
